SOLUTIONS
We recommend steel halls made from hot-rolled I-beams with dimensions up to 30 m in width, without supports and with unlimited length. They can have a steel tie between the trusses. This creates a simple and durable structure with a gable roof up to 30 meters wide.
The truss structure has a positive effect for wider buildings. It allows for the construction of a flat roof, resistant to large loads.

TYPES OF HOUSING / ENCLOSURES
1. Sandwich panels with a polyurethane core and panels with a mineral wool core are both thermally insulating and visually appealing. The panels come in various thicknesses and are categorized as wall or roof panels. You can choose the type of panel based on the installation method (vertical or horizontal) and the visibility of the fasteners.
- Trapezoidal sheet metal is a popular cladding for steel structures, especially when the building does not require thermal insulation. It is the most economical and easy-to-install option, available in a wide range of colors.
- Retaining walls built using a traditional system are installed between steel columns and reach a specified height. The façade is then continued with a system of sandwich panels or sheet metal. This option is primarily used for livestock or agricultural buildings where walls need enhanced resistance to external conditions.
ANTI-CORROSION
To extend the lifespan and maintain the aesthetic appearance of a steel hall, it should be protected against corrosion. The most popular methods of protection are:
- Painting with epoxy or polyurethane paints is the most affordable option, providing both effective anti-corrosion protection and an aesthetically pleasing finish.
- Hot-dip galvanizing is widely regarded as the best anti-corrosion method for steel structures. Although it is more expensive and more resistant to mechanical damage, it offers a similar appearance to painting.
- Zinc-rich paints are gaining popularity as a corrosion protection method. This involves using a primer with a high zinc content, followed by a decorative topcoat. This option is rust-resistant and easy to touch up.
- Fire-resistant paints protect the structure in the event of a fire, extending its resistance to high temperatures.
SKYLIGHTS AND WINDOWS
Every hall requires a certain amount of natural lighting. Our company installs wall windows and roof skylights designed for this purpose. We offer joinery from various manufacturers, including custom-made window installations. Skylights are available in a variety of configurations.
We provide ridge skylights, located at the peak of the building, which offer maximum interior illumination. Another option is crosswise strip skylights on the roof structure. Additionally, there are flat skylights, also installed crosswise, aligned with the roof slope.
