PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

In 2018, we had the opportunity to fulfil a contract involving the end-to-end construction of a production building near Bydgoszcz. The new steel building contributed significantly to the client’s competitiveness in the agricultural machinery market. The building was clad with graphite and red sandwich panels to create an eye-catching showcase for the company. In 2021, Spaw-met once again invested in the development and expansion of its company, and this time it comprised of the design and construction of a steel structure building with staff facilities.

First building dimensions: 18 x 84 x 7,90m
Second building with staff facilities: 18 x 60 x 7,90m

KOBEX’s scope of work:

– Pre-engineering, fabrication and erection of steelwork structure with staff facilities
– Installation of wall panels
– Installation of roof decking
– Detailing
– Installation of gutter system
– Installation of window and door frames

Both the building we constructed first, located in the middle part of the plot, and the second one, together with the staff facilities, for SPAW-MET, are steel buildings erected using portal frames with bracing. Both buildings were supplied light through a ridge skylight. The walls have been insulated with PIR board in: RAL 7016, RAL 3000
