2 The User may, under the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions, read the content made available on the Service and use the Service in such a way that he/she may access it from a place and at a time individually chosen by him/her, regardless of the type and manner of operation of the device or application the User uses for this purpose.

3 The Service Provider will consider the complaint without delay, but no later than within 14 days of receipt.
4 A reply to the complaint will be sent to the User at the address provided by the User in the complaint.
5 The Service Provider reserves the right to extend the deadline specified in Section 3 above, by up to 10 days, in the event that the investigation of the complaint requires unusual, special measures and arrangements or encounters obstacles beyond the Service Provider’s control (equipment failures, internet network, etc.). The Service Provider further stipulates that the handling of the complaint may require additional explanations from the User, in which case the time taken by the User to provide such explanations will each time extend the period for the handling of the complaint.

(a) Job applicants – the purpose of processing personal data is to carry out the recruitment process. The processing of personal data of job applicants is based on their consent. The provision of personal data is voluntary; however, if personal data is not provided, it will not be possible to participate in the recruitment process. The data necessary for the recruitment process are: first name, surname, home address, educational data and previous experience. Data retention period: up to 6 months.
