Project Description:

As part of the investment, a two-aisle production hall was constructed based on a prefabricated steel structure using portal frames made of hot-rolled I-beams. The building was founded on reinforced concrete footings with anchored columns. The structure was reinforced with portal bracing, lattice systems, and wall girts. The roof and walls were finished with sandwich panels mounted to steel purlins made of cold-formed sections and I-beams. The hall includes a crane beam and an office/social area with a monolithic reinforced concrete floor slab and staircase. The entire facility was designed with a focus on structural durability, environmental resistance, compatibility with overhead crane installation, and future expansion.
