Project Description

The project involved the construction of a steel service building using portal frame technology. The structure was designed as a single-nave facility with a load-bearing frame made of hot-rolled steel profiles. The gable roof with an 18° pitch was supported by a system of steel purlins and reinforced with cross bracing to ensure adequate rigidity. Lightweight sandwich panels with enhanced insulation were used for the roof and wall cladding, suitable for year-round use in industrial conditions. The structure was founded on reinforced concrete footings with chemically anchored columns and protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing.
