PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

In 2018, we completed a 625 m2 hall, which was designated as a warehouse for agricultural equipment and machinery. The same investor trusted our company once again in 2020, which resulted in a much larger 1800 metre (m2) warehouse hall.

Hall dimensions: 25 x 25 m and 30 x 60 m

KOBEX scope of activities:

– Prefabrication and assembly of the steel structure
– Delivery and assembly of façade and roof made of sandwich panel roof
– Comprehensive installation of flashings
– Assembly of complete gutter systems
– Assembly of gates
– Assembly of light strips

The 2018 hall has been fitted with two sliding doors and connectors to the existing buildings. In addition, it has a ridge skylight. The 2020 warehouse hall was equipped with one sliding door and a connector to the existing buildings. The aforementioned hall was enriched with a mezzanine floor on part of the facility, doubling the storage area. Both steel halls have been designed with portal frames, which allows free transport inside the hall. The walls of the halls were insulated with PIR panels in RAL 6011.
