We specialise in creating photovoltaic substructures for the ground.

We carry out the necessary variants of the structure and the full cycle from design, production and installation on site. We also offer design and manufacture of carport structures for PV panels.

The plant is certified to EN 1090:2009+A1:2011 standards.

    What do we offer?

We carry out the necessary variants such as single-supported, double-supported, vertical, horizontal, mono or bifacial, south and east-west oriented. We make structures using steel sourced from the world’s best suppliers, together with Magnelis corrosion protection, which allows for a guarantee on the substructure of up to 25 years. We manufacture structures for ground-mounted photovoltaic panels up to and including standard C3 conditions (urban and industrial environments with medium sulphur oxide pollution and coastal areas with low salinity).

    Three-support structure in east-west orientation

    • The basic table accommodates 32 panels (2×16) in a 4×4 horizontal arrangement.

    • The structure is 9 poles driven into the ground to a depth of 1.5m.

    • Six rafters are attached to the columns, to which the horizontal purlins are attached in turn.

    • The angle of the panels is 15 degrees.

Double support structure for bifacial modules

    • Modules fixed to vertical purlins, horizontal beams placed under the half-cut line.

    • Posts driven into the ground 1.5m deep.

    • The basic module consists of 3 pairs of columns and 2 horizontal beams to which vertical purlins spaced across the width of the module are attached.

    • The design elements do not obstruct the back of the panel, so that current can also be efficiently generated at the bottom.

Construction for 16 panels in 4x4 horizontal panels, two-supported

    • The structure is a free-standing double-supported rafter and purlin tables driven into the ground.

    • The base module of the table is formed by 3 pairs of posts and 3 rafters with braces suitable for mounting 16 panels in a 4×4 horizontal arrangement.

    • The purlins to which the panels are attached are mounted to the rafters.

    • Posts driven into the ground 1.5 m deep.

Construction for 16 panels in 2x8 vertical arrangement, two-supported

    • The structure is a free-standing double-supported rafter and purlin tables driven into the ground.

    • The base module of the table is formed by 3 pairs of columns and 3 rafters with braces suitable for mounting 16 panels in a vertical 2×8 arrangement.

    • The purlins to which the panels are attached are mounted to the rafters.

    • Posts driven into the ground 1.5 m deep.

Construction for 16 panels in 2x8 vertical arrangement, single support

    • The structure is a free-standing single-supported rafter-beam table driven into the ground.

    • The basic module of the table consists of 3 columns and 3 rafters with braces.
adjusted to accommodate 16 panels in a vertical 2×8 arrangement.

    • The purlins to which the panels are attached are mounted to the rafters.

    • Posts driven into the ground 1.5 m deep.

    CARPORT

    • The structure is a free-standing galvanised shed (carport pictured)

    • Steel purlins, suitable for mounting PV systems, are mounted to the supporting frames.

    • The supports are anchored in reinforced concrete footings.

    • The support spacing is 6m.
